St. Philip's Episcopal Church
Serving the Community Since 1900

   Our Mission Statement

Membership in St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, along with regular attendance, makes real and concrete our baptism into Christ Jesus’ death and resurrection, giving us a share in Christ’s life as children of God the Father and temples of the Holy Spirit, members as brothers and sisters in Christ’s body.

Faith is nourished by our community’s proclamation and teaching of God’s Word found in the Bible and in the Anglican Catholic Tradition;  Hope becomes enlivening by the expectation of our resurrection from the dead and eternal life in God’s Kingdom;  Divine Love transforms us by our worship and nourishment in the Holy Eucharist and in living a life of service to others according to the circumstances of our state of life, giving us a mission to a suffering world amid the demands of our daily lives.
